The benefits of the AngioNet project have also been presented during the online conference of the Romanian Academy of Medical Sciences, on May 19th, 2021 centered around the theme of the “Romanian healthcare system. Problems. Performances. Perspectives.” 

The project’s director and president of the AngioNet Cluster, prof. Dr. Radu Deac, focused his speech on the benefits the AngioNet project may bring in the development of the Romanian healthcare system both through the medical infrastructure it created within the 17 research centers around the country and through the researches conducted on the cardiovascular and oncological patient registry developed nationwide.
